For all women - no matter what your age or stage of life is, this is a judgement-free zone for women to reconnect with themselves through self-reflection, to rest & to recharge. 

Sessions include prompted written self-reflection activities, a tea or cacao ceremony, meditation and relaxation with the beautiful crystal singing bowls. 

This is an opportunity to prioritise your self-care and treat yourself.

Come join us for a soothing and deeply restful experience. During this in-person event you will be guided through a full-body relaxation before nourishing your mind and body with deep rest as the sounds of the healing crystal singing bowls wash over you. Immerse yourself in this experience and allow yourself to relax and unwind.

In a state of deep rest our bodies may heal and our minds may find clarity. Give this time to yourself.

One-on-one time with our kids is just as important for us as it is for them. This special session is created for you and your mini to treat yourselves to a bonding afternoon together. Make something special to take home, love on your precious girl with a prompted heart-felt activity, and finish the session with a short guided kids visualisation with the crystal singing bowls.

A Mama Blessing (or Mother/ Baby Blessingway) is an intimate pre-birth celebration to honour the mother-to-be as she transitions into motherhood. This ceremony is for the most trusted and cherished women in her life to come together as a support circle, to shower her with love during her final stages of pregnancy and show that they are by her side for support, love and encouragement into, and throughout, her journey of motherhood. 

A Mama Blessing can be organised for the mother-to-be by a family member, friend, or by the mother-to-be herself. This ceremony would usually be held in the third trimester of pregnancy. This ceremony is for every pregnant Mama, whether it be her first baby or her second, third, fourth onward. Every time a baby is born, a Mother grows and changes alongside her baby, and alongside her family.

Your inner Goddess - What does she look like? What's her energy like? How does she feel on the inside? Who is this goddess that you are or aspire to be?

Look inward and connect to your truest most natural, authentic self and find the goddess within.

During this session we will journey through a guided visualisation to help us see the goddess within, and then learn just how different, yet equally beautiful, our individual visions, ideas and feelings in our Goddess form are. We will share a tea ceremony and finish with a beautiful guided meditation and relaxation with the crystal singing bowls.
