Day One:

Welcome
We gather for an introductory opening circle. This is your moment to set the intention for the weekend, allowing the noise of the outside world to fade into the background.
Dinner
Enjoy a chef-prepared group dinner at a table meticulously designed to spark wonder and soul-led conversation. Experience a dining atmosphere that makes you feel truly seen and celebrated. No cooking or cleaning for you, just time to slow down and savour the flavours.
Fireside chats
Join in soft fire-side chats under the stars with a warm cup to help you digest and settle into calm.
Sound Meditation
Set yourself up for a night of profound, restorative sleep. We conclude the day with a blissful Sound Meditation, using frequency and vibration to wash away lingering tension and prepare the mind for rest.
Day Two:
Yoga
Awaken to light refreshments and warming tonics before a session of gentle morning yoga. A slow, intentional flow to start your day with presence and grace.
Breakfast
A fresh and tasty breakfast spread, prepared to nourish you from the inside out.
Mini Workshop: Our Roles Vs Ourselves
Ever feel like you’re so busy in the rush of all the doing for everyone else that you feel disconnect from who you really are at your core? In this mini workshop we take some time to explore this & help you come home to yourself.
Creative Clay
Connect with your hands and enjoy the meditative rhythm of creating something unique and tactile that will forever be your keepsake of this beautiful time you’ve taken for yourself.
Lunch
Enjoy a chilled harvest spread that brings together the best of land and sea. Think fresh, vibrant flavours and hand-prepared light bites, perfect for a mindful midday pause. Designed to nourish and satisfy without weighing you down for your afternoon of pleasure.
The Gift of Time
The afternoon is yours to curate. Find deep heat in the sauna, indulge in the spa, or cold plunge in-between both in the resort-style pool! Take a nap, enjoy your massage* or for those seeking quiet reflection, mindful creative stations will be available.

Cacao Ceremony
We honour this ancient ritual as a heart-opening gateway to connection, kindness, and inner clarity. Take a few moments to pause and experience the rich flavour of this decadent, ceremonial treat.
Dinner
With another table setting designed to please, indulge in a final group dinner to celebrate the weekend's journey and the company of new friends.
Movie Night
Channel your old-school, school-girl sleep over vibes! Pop on your PJ’s and join us in the private theatre room for a movie night before seeking solitude for a restful night’s sleep.
Day Three:
Light Movement
Light refreshments followed by an optional gentle walk and stretch to ground your energy and prepare you for your return to the world. If you’d prefer a sleep-in before heading back home, we totally get that too!
Breakfast
Enjoy a slow nourishing meal at our final, thoughtfully prepared meal, to celebrate the bonds formed and the peace reclaimed.
Closing Gather
Our final get-together and workshop. We gather our reflections and insights, ensuring you leave with a clear plan to maintain your sense of calm at home.
Departure
Pack your belongings and depart our retreat home with a full cup, a quiet mind, and a spirit that has been truly cherished.
